My stay at the W downtown was generally positive, with a great atmosphere and a spacious room, but I had some issues with cleanliness and service that detracted from my overall experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. While my room was comfortable, I expected more attention to detail regarding housekeeping. Overall, a mixed bag that could use improvements in specific areas.
